In the Discord#Servers section, update the line about verification not being reopened to now say that they haven't reopened since September 2024.

The History section doesn't mention any physical locations. I feel this article is operating on the assumption that everyone just knows this kind of big tech company is based in the SF Bay Area and operates under US law, but these seem like pretty basic facts a global encyclopedia needs to include.
