I rv the date of birth as unconfirmed. The year (1942) appears to be supported by the GRO of England and Wales (https://search.findmypast.co.uk/record?id=BMD/B/1942/4/AZ/000201/085), but the birth was registered in the last quarter of 1942, which makes it almost inconceivable that she could have been born 29 December, two days before the registration closed, and still have had birth registered in the last quarter of 1942, during the war and bank holidays. Births even in late November (Hermione Baddeley, Cathleen Nesbitt) and early December (i.e. Liz Smith, Lynn Fontanne, Hermione Gingold) have all traditionally been registered in the first quarter of the next year.
