I agree w/ 134.215.246.16 -- should be a disambiguation with diabetes mellitus as first list item and Wilford Brimley as second. Example:

The American Heritage Dictionary, Fourth Edition lists this pronunciation as the primary one (i.e., the pronunciation preferred by a plurality of speakers), whereas Webster's Third New International Dictionary lists it as secondary (i.e., less prevalent than some other pronunciation) but standard (i.e., not substandard).
