Merger proposal

Formal request has been received to merge the article Dendrite (metal) into Dendrite (crystal); dated: July 2018. Proposer's Rationale: These both refer to the exact same formation in materials, which would make sense considering that on an atomic scale metal is a crystal in fact, which is why it exhibits crystalline growth.
