@HistoryofIran: Hi, hope you are well and that you can look into this as an semi-inactive editor. What do you think constitute POV pushing vs just fact setting? It is clear that some of these individuals were from not present-day Iran, and you reject every mention of this in any related articles. I do agree it is not necessary to state all the time, but do think it is relevant for to be stated a bit as this could possibly be just an implicit bias (we all have some...). Again, I do not want to start an edit war with you so I do feel like this could something we discuss until the Persian people points are at least responded to. It's been several days and every point that balances out that page doesn't even get a response (but other points do..)
Thanks, and look forward to a fruitful conversation. Personally, this is a gray area as either side could be said of pushing a POV, and imho, we should maybe sometimes seek to just have a more balanced perspective by some POVs. Do not think it is true to say that all my edits re: this topic are pushing a POV while the current one is not bc my edits make no mention of ethnicity or even changes where it links to (modern Iran and the modern Persians of Iran). As we both know, that page implicitly says things that may not be right and easy to interpret wrong by the laymen currently, and do think that WP should serve the function of explaining everything as clearly and as honestly as possible. Thanks and kind regards. --Jamaas9 (talk) 20:21, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
