The result of the move request was: Moved as per clear consensus. —usernamekiran(talk) 08:04, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
Day 5 (web series) → Day 5 – Day 5 currently redirects to a section on Rooster Teeth's wiki page, so since they both describe the same thing, it'd make sense to shorten the title. Booyahhayoob (talk) 00:41, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 06:18, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- COMMENT if moved, a hatnote should be added for Friday -- 65.94.170.15 (talk) 05:23, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- Agree while noting that many countries do not consider Friday the fifth day of the week despite ISO 8601#Week dates, and nor do all the rebels adopt the convention of the Abrahamic religions that make it the sixth! But a properly phrased hatnote can still be NPOV and informative. Andrewa (talk) 08:14, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
- @Booyahhayoob and 65.94.170.15: "Day 5" by itself can mean many things. The section hatnote at Rooster Teeth#Day 5 seems to be enough. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 06:18, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- So...what is another example of what it could mean? There's nothing else on Wikipedia referred to as "Day 5", so I'm not understanding your rationale. Sock (
tocktalk) 17:07, 8 August 2017 (UTC) - If Day 5 was a disambiguation page (the Wikipedia definition of "many things", IMO), I'd be fine with leaving the show's page as "(web series)". When I requested the move, though, Day 5 just redirected to a section describing the show in brief detail, making the "(web series)" part of the title redundant. That's the main reason I requested it. Booyahhayoob (talk) 05:29, 9 August 2017 (UTC)

- Support move. As it currently stands, the disambiguator is unnecessary. ONR (talk) 08:44, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- Support. This is the only article named Day 5; the disambiguator is unnecessary. – Rhain ☔ 23:18, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
- Support per above Sock (
tocktalk) 17:05, 8 August 2017 (UTC) - Support: As discussed above, this is the only article titled Day 5; Day 5 already redirects here anyway. If there are other things it could refer to, a hatnote seems sufficient to redirect people there (e.g. a hatnote pointing to Day 5: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.). V2Blast (talk) 07:25, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
