I didn't remove it, but I am moving the removed trivia section here just in case some of this can be integrated into the article later when I (or someone else) get to it, per recommendations in WP:Trivia.

Dance or Die are members of a media collective called Clan of Nihil.[1] For some American versions of their records, they were renamed "Do or Die" by their label Machinery.[citation needed]
I'll work on more refs to support this, but the band was a flagship on the significant 1990s indie Machinery records and had an album plus two EPs on the major Polydor imprint, What's Up? They also toured all over Europe and toured Mexico. Once documented this should meet WP:NMUSIC #4 & #5. -- t_kiehne (talk) 22:38, 26 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Currently available references do not make the reasons for this transition quite clear: is it a rebranding of the same band (after having dropped a member) or a different thing entirely? The difference here will decide whether to treat the more recent DoD as an "associated act" (and thus the end of the line on this article) or an alias for the band (which would imply a continuation of this article.)-- t_kiehne (talk) 02:40, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
