I have not been able to find many sources on what Strong did during his tenure representing District 4 on the Madison County Commission, before he was elected as chairman (so 1996-2012). If anyone can provide information on this topic, please do so. Kafoxe (talk) 02:19, 4 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
