No content
[edit]There is no content here except for blatant advertising. --Jds2001 (talk) 22:15, 28 October 2012 (UTC)
I removed the COI tag. By far the largest edit was my initial start. I have no relationship to Cubic except that I use a variety of public transit systems that incoporate technology from Cubic. Robsavoie (talk) 19:13, 15 September 2013 (UTC)
Logo
[edit]TransportPoodle updated the logo, but I reverted, because TransportPoodle's version (File:Asset 1.svg) is the wrong colour and excludes the "globe in a cube" image, which is part of their logo. However, File:CubicTransportation.svg includes the slogan "Intelligent travel made real", which:
- is not what's currently on their website, and
- is a slogan, not a logo
I'd edit the image myself to remove the slogan, but I don't have software that will edit a .svg file. @TransportPoodle: could you edit the existing CubicTransportation.svg to simply remove the slogan? Mitch Ames (talk) 11:39, 16 December 2016 (UTC)
- Here's Cubic's (April 2014) press release about the logo, including (with my emphasis) "The new logo incorporates a globe ... Cubic’s new motto, ‘Global. Innovative. Trusted.’". Mitch Ames (talk) 02:57, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
Mitch Ames This is the most current logo. Please revert back to the one uploaded yesterday.
- http://www.cubic.com/Transportation shows the stylised "Cubic" in blue, not black, and also shows the globe-in-a-cube. Do you have a reference (per WP:V, WP:RS) for your assertion that the black lettering with no globe-in-a-cube is the current logo? Mitch Ames (talk) 02:57, 17 December 2016 (UTC)
