[edit]

I am in the process of learning how to put together a page for one of my favorite local bands. They have been on an east coast tour playing gigs in Nashville, Austin, Ohio, and Baltimore. Also the band/person has performed and been a part of the U.S. Army Soldier show which toured for 7 months across the U.S , Cuba, and Korea.

I am unsure of how to prove the "notability" of this person and their band but i am doing my best to do so.

COI?

[edit]

I am unsure why this article has been labeled as it's editor having a COI. I am it's creator and editor. I am a fan but does that necessarily mean that the article is suffering from a COI? I am in no way employed or working for Corrin Campbell or her band. Any help to alleviate this claim would be much appreciated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chocobofarmer86 (talkcontribs) 19:17, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

errr... possibly because user CorrinCampbell has been editing? http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=User:CorrinCampbell&action=edit&redlink=1 TeapotgeorgeTalk 23:43, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I had noticed that upon further investigation into the Edit History, but to say that it was a "major contributor" to the article seems to be an exaggeration. It seems like the birthplace was changed and that was it, i am unsure as to why that was done but i don't believe that that minor alteration warrants a COI warning like that. I am new to wikipedia and that was the 1st article i made so if you can offer up any suggestions how to rectify that problem i would be all ears. Thanks.
