As the results of this conference become available. The agreements for carbon cuts should be added. I think a good idea would be to find out the CO2 for the year each country sets as it's base rate. i.e. if China wants to cut it's 2005 emissions by 20% for 2020, then we should make reference to what those 2005 emissions were.
We don't have anything about the hopes for Copenhagen at the moment. I just read this: "Copenhagen, for me, is a very clear deadline that I think we need to meet, and I am afraid that if we don't then the process will begin to slip" said by Yvo de Boer a year ago. (source) I think that we could do with a section on what was expected to happen at the conference. Smartsetalk
The book How Effective Negotiation Management Promotes Multilateral Cooperation: The power of process in climate, trade, and biosafety negotiations by Kai Monheim discusses and compares the effectiveness and outcomes of the COP 15 and COP 16 summits.
