call this game The pass interference call should be changed to new downs not where the call is made, because that is free yardage that the receiver and quarterback didn’t earn — Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.71.229.140 (talk) 17:08, 18 February 2023 (UTC)

Quarter back becoming runner
[edit]If he tucks the ball his whole body is legal to be hit by defense. U are a pussy if u protect ur quarterback any different than a running back. 2600:1700:9B90:C190:CC6A:229A:9C53:B626 (talk) 03:04, 14 November 2022 (UTC)
Tv
[edit]Apparently the playoff games are for the upper class who can afford to pay to watch games . The league sells out every thing for money no matter how it effects people just like the NFL supports the gambling market because you make big money how much money is enough 24.192.48.50 (talk) 02:56, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
Requested move 31 March 2024
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
It was proposed in this section that National Football League Commissioner be renamed and moved to NFL Commissioner.
result:
In accord with WP:OTHEROPTIONS since there is no consensus for the new title chosen, as well as consensus has rejected the former title (and no request to bring it back should be made lightly), any editor who objects to my decision may make another move request at any time. Thanks and kudos to editors for your input; everyone stay healthy! P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'er there 18:13, 12 April 2024 (UTC) Move logs: source title · target title

National Football League Commissioner → NFL Commissioner – Following consensus at Talk:National Football League#Requested move 3 March 2024 — Preceding unsigned comment added by BeFriendlyGoodSir (talk • contribs) 06:01, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- Move, but not to the proposed title. This is a formal title, so it isn't as simple as just assuming "NFL" is safe to abbreviate. I'd prefer National Football League commissioner or Commissioner of the National Football League instead. O.N.R. (talk) 09:02, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
- Support a more formal alternative title, like Commissioner of the NFL. DirtySocks357(WreckItRalph) (talk) 21:26, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose. Support to move to Commissioner of the National Football League per norm. Cfls (talk) 15:09, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
