Cidade Baixa, Porto AlegreCidade Baixa – The neighbourhood in Porto Alegre is primarily known in English as Cidade Baixa, the film Cidade Baixa was primarily known as Lower City in English.

As it stands, the article is at an incorrect title per WP:NAME and should be moved to Cidade Baixa, Rio Grande do Sul if it's not moved to Cidade Baixa --Relisted. George Ho (talk) 20:05, 5 October 2014 (UTC) Hack (talk) 13:12, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose Case not made. "Cidade Baixa" is a generic Portuguese term for "downtown" or "lower city". I don't see the specific neighborhood in Porto Alegre being the primary usage of the term. Walrasiad (talk) 14:15, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Comment there are two articles on the English Wikipedia that use this term. One is a film that is known in English as another name. The usage of the term in Portuguese is irrelevant. Hack (talk) 14:39, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It means that Porto Alegre is not the only city which has a neighborhood with that name. Other Lusophone cities do too. e.g. Salvador. I am sure someone will get around to writing articles on them eventually. The disambiguation is useful. Walrasiad (talk) 16:13, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
