She toned down the law the same day the first gay marriage was officiated in France. The nationals of 11 countries, even some in the EU, do not have this right unless they renounce this nationality. All in the name of some treaties that are ignored anyway. Or are they ignored because they are with former colonies? Which would make things even worse for a minister that prides herself with the colonies. User:Mezigue keeps removing the reference. I'm not into editing wars or anything. So if you find your way to put this information, be my guest. There are many more references, both in English and French, including the fact that the French minister ignores the Algerian treaty regarding mixed religion marriage as long as it is heterosexual, of course. This information is valid and was vandalised by user:2a04:cec0:1170:5f5c:751a:416a:7dc5:76dd
as: "Poorly translated paraphrasing of an rumour republished by a far-right publication that panders to conspiracy theories."
The user:2a04:cec0:1170:5f5c:751a:416a:7dc5:76dd knows very well this isn't a rumor and was a statement she made publicly. That's why it is real vandalism to take it away.
