[edit]The COMMON ENGLISH meaning of "Chinese temple" covers all of the temples discussed in the opening paragraph and should have sections on each. The attempt to limit this article to something like Chinese folk temple isn't bad but it's still in the wrong place. — LlywelynII 23:20, 2 July 2016 (UTC)

Misnamed
[edit]Hi, Chinese is not a religion, so Chinese temple is meaningless. This article should be moved to Taoist temple. Thanks, Yann (talk) 17:26, 12 December 2021 (UTC)
- technically, the word Chinese in this article is referring to temples traditionally considered in a Taoist style or the majority of the style of temples within China, so it's not really misplaced 2401:D002:C104:8500:41B7:BD22:D861:B115 (talk) 00:11, 12 October 2024 (UTC)
