Thamnophis sirtalis semifasciatusChicago garter snake – The article titles for every other common garter snake subspecies with a page is their vernacular name (cf. California red-sided garter snake, eastern garter snake, red-sided garter snake, San Francisco garter snake, Texas garter snake). This article should be titled Chicago garter snake for consistency. I'd make the move myself, but the page is currently occupied by a redirect.
