• Biography: He was the subject of the BBC National Programme show Sports Talk in 1934 changed to He was the subject of the 1934 BBC National Programme show Sports Talk.
• Biography: On 14 November 1938 when Alec Brown was playing Tom Newman at Thurston's Hall in the 1938/1939 Daily Mail Gold Cup. - I removed "when" as it does not make sense to include that word.
• Biography The preview in The Radio Times mentioned that he had marked for H. W. Stevenson and Tom Carpenter during a Zeppelin raid and had the text removed "Match"
• Biography Joyce Gardner praised Chambers, who refereed many of the women's championships, as "undoubtedly the world's greatest referee of billiards and snooker"; another women's champion, Ruth Harrison, wrote that he inspired confidence in players. Snooker historian Clive Everton later wrote that Chambers was "recognised as supreme in his profession". Changed to Joyce Gardner praised Chambers, who refereed many of the women's championships, as "undoubtedly the world's greatest referee of billiards and snooker". • [2] Can you please Wikilink this to the appropriate publication, if we have one on Wikipedia? Otherwise, the reference needs further information for source integrity. I am unable to locate this reference anywhere. Rather frustratingly, there are hundreds of papers with this name mentioning Billiards on 2 April 1929. I did try to locate it! (Fancy some candies for 70c per lb?)

• [11] Again, another source with a very generic title. There are countless papers with this title. In such circumstances, the publication city or some identifying feature would be really helpful for both reviewers and readers alike.

• Overall, I would prefer to see more sources linked. However, what is available for checking, checks out. I am happy to AGF the other sources given your considerable history of creating outstanding work. None of the claims appear likely to be challenged, nor are they controversial. Sources have been provided, and it is no barrier to GA merely because I cannot access them.

Many thanks for taking on the review and implementing those changes, MaxnaCarta. Unfortunately, some of the sources are not available online except through limited access databases such as The Times Digital Archive and the British Newspaper Archive. The Wikipedia Library has some licences for the latter. I've wikilinked the source names where I can.
