Charlene's Profile

[edit]

Just like Gils' page, the profile section contains information that is unreferenced/unsourced. Does anyone know what the source is? Luke 01:26, 12 May 2006 (UTC) Without commenting on factuality, the tone comes across as a bit sycophantic. People will get sick of reading that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by IrregularPortugeseVerbs (talkcontribs) 13:20, 28 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Changes to the Profile section

[edit]

1, She should be 5'4", which converts to around 1.6256m. Therefore her height should be 1.63m.

2, Weights are very inconsistent. I don't think we should include it.

3, Aaron Kwok is GILLIAN's favourite singer!

4, The phrase "Favourite Person" itself is quite odd and ambiguous. Besides, who is Andrew Lee? But of course, if anyone could verify this piece of information, feel free to put it back up! =)

5, Being in Vancouver for roughly a year does NOT make her a Vancouverite. I would say that the category Canadian born Hongkongers is good enough.

199.111.230.195 05:27, 28 November 2005 (UTC) Also she is not in Shaolin Soccer[reply]

Ps: She is in Shaolin soccer just like gillian was too. However, not a major part though. And if i am not wrong, she's 165? ANd she adores Andy lau .

On the bit on her height, it is totally irrelevant, and I will continue to revert any attempts to put it back in. Dengero 07:33, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Charlene Twins.JPG

[edit]

Image:Charlene Twins.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:08, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a fair use rationale for that picture. As for the others, I'm not sure if they're necessary. Axem Titanium 16:39, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fluent in Mandarin? Please remove this

[edit]

"Choi was born in Vancouver, Canada. She moved with her family to Hong Kong a few years later. She is fluent in Cantonese, and Mandarin." -- I have heard Choi's Mandarin and it is atrocious! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Soccer174 (talkcontribs) 12:00, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She is on TV everyday speaking mandarin. She doesn't even speak cantonese on tv anymore to try to win over the mainland audience. What more do you want. Benjwong (talk) 06:13, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Clean Up?

[edit]

I am trying to clean up the filmography and award section. I also want to clean up the biography section but not sure how to approach that. Any ideas? ~E (talk) 07:36, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
