Ms. Caroline Fourest isn't a trsuthfull source of information, nor is she known by the French, despite for those having read her here or there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 197.171.135.196 (talk) 13:19, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Grand Orient Lodge

[edit]

There have been allegations that Fourest and Venner are affiliated to Masonry, as it is noted in a 2009 Le Monde article, but as of now it is difficult to speak clearly about this. [1] ADM (talk) 20:50, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds to me like the interview mentions this accusation with irony, as a way to ridicule the accusers (for the masonic conspiracy argument is seen as a classic means of calumny). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.75.196.36 (talk) 02:54, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Defamation Accusations 2012

[edit]

The link to the article which backs up the claim that Fourest had to pay 800 and 3300 euro fines doesn't seem to correspond to the claim made in the article. From my French, I think it implies that Fourest had to pay 800 herself and 3300 alongside a publisher and Venner. In any case the word 'respectively' seems inappropriate. Could anyone who is a native speaker back this up? DipB3av (talk) 17:44, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
