CamusCamus (disambiguation) – I would consider Albert Camus to be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for "Camus." He is commonly known by his surname alone, and it even mentions this in his current entry on this page ("often referred to as Camus"). It would make sense to convert Camus into a redirect, add a hatnote at Albert Camus, and move this page to Camus (disambiguation). Sharper {talk} 21:10, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Netoholic: We have redirects for Sartre, Heidegger, Kierkegaard... why do those exist if not to benefit people looking for their respective targets? I see Camus in the same light; a well-known figure commonly known by his surname alone, and without any other major topics by the same name. Sharper {talk} 14:07, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS has never been a very good argument. --Netoholic @ 19:39, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
