Vandalised

[edit]

I added new information to here a few months back - since then it has been attacked (see 'the whole network sucks etc.)

As a current student there myself, I can see the info is innacurate and I'll sort it.

Schools Project

[edit]

As requested I have reassessed following your request. Yes I can see the improvement and I have moved you up to "Start". Points to mention are references ... you must improve this. Statements like "best in the region" ... says who? Also confused by the choice of box at the bottom as this shows education by country. I'd expect Education for your county. Pics are are a good idea. Some of the stuff is todays news .... there is a lot about one block. Coming along. Try and find others to assist then you will see consensus ... got a bright sixth forner or two? Thanks for your re-evaluation, yeah I'll see if I can get some people to help out, pictures I can do soon.

I added info to this, came back saw it was ruined, and just worked upon what was here.

Thanks for your comments.

Fair use rationale for Image:Caerleon.jpg

[edit]

Image:Caerleon.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 19:45, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Subjects available

[edit]

Having just read the list of "available subjects" in the article, I wonder if there is any need for it to be there. I was expecting to see something out of the ordinary listed there, but it seems that there is no subject listed that most other schools don't teach. Are there any comments on this? The Baroness of Morden (talk) 21:38, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have just removed the "subjects available" section of the article because, as I said before, there is nothing extraordinary about the subjects the school offers; there are no orchestral conducting classes, or birds of prey handling courses on offer. Notable Alumni

[edit]

Why is Professor Tim Green being removed from the Notable Alumni list? I don't understand how Big Brother contestants are more notable than the Director of Undergraduate Studies and Deptuty Head of the Control and Power Research group at the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department at Imperial College, London, one of the most prestigous engineering establishments in the UK? His research into Intelligent Power Systems is surely of greater worth to society than some reality TV nobody? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 155.198.116.100 (talk) 14:29, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: Entries in lists such as this need to meet Wikipedia's policy on notability and have an article already written about them prior to being added to the list. ‑‑ElHef (Meep?) 18:07, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
