I reupped a CC marked and authorized image for buzzie.jpg. The image itself is tagged, it is from a page that is also clearly tagged as CC share with attribution. I am the subject, photographer, and owner of the image. jmacofearth (talk) 12:58, 19 April 2012 (UTC)jmacofearth[reply]

This is Bot placed notification, another user has nominated/tagged the image --CommonsNotificationBot (talk) 00:51, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

CSD

[edit]

I realized that it was re-created as a redirect, but the user posting spam about their band overwrote it. Not sure how to proceed so I figure this was best. Thanks.--CutOffTies (talk) 17:27, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Revert it back to the redirect I created. "Buzzie" was the popular nickname for Franklin Roosevelt's grandson, Curtis Roosevelt, in the 1930s. I had nothing to do with the article about some band.--Phyllis1753 (talk) 20:10, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
How odd to contest the SD and it is still deleted without further discussion. I guess I will go through the next step in the process. It is clear that Phylilis1753 continued with deletion even after my contest was published, below. 13:01, 19 April 2012 (UTC)jmacofearth — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jmacofearth (talkcontribs)
Obviously, you did not look at the edit history. I took no action on this matter.--Phyllis1753 (talk) 14:37, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... Buzzie is a legitimate recording artist with historic relevance and ongoing creative output. Any reasons for previous Speedy Deletion were personally motivated by the editor and should be ignored. --72.183.122.13 (talk) 17:49, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
