Counting

[edit]

It seems that Fox is now claiming this is the 19th episode (see the promotion "April 20th is the Nineteenth" for episode 4x19), with the 19th episode always being a "strange" or "experimental" version. The problem seems to be that "Unearthed" is counted as a second season episode (counting by release) instead of a first season (counting by content) which it rather obviously is, as Charlie Francis is still in it (also, check secondary stuff like hair styles). I realize it would be a major PITA to change the numbering at this point, but it's confusing to see "Brown Betty" as episode 20 on Wikipedia when Fox is calling it 19.

Comment: I won't give you an actual review, because that might be a conflict of interest. I will say, though, that the article is very well written. I do have one concern, however. Would it be possible for you to add a couple negative reviews? All the reviews in the reception section are positive except one, and that one is sort of lukewarm. A couple of negative reviews (if there are any) would round out the article nicely. After you've added those, GA shouldn't be a problem in my opinion. Nice work!-RHM22 (talk) 13:30, 22 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, I'll try to track down a negative review or two. I didn't try to just fill it with good reviews, they were just the concensus of the review websites I typically go to. Reception to the episode was generally positive, so this may be difficult. Thanks for the tip, Ruby2010 talk 18:27, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Of course. I understand that. Many movies and television shows are generally reviewed in a positive way, making it hard to find anything negative. Don't worry about adding anything negative if you can't find it or if it's only in some obscure local paper or something. If the negative review is only from some guy's blog (dare I say the lunatic fringe), then it's probably better to not even mention it.-RHM22 (talk) 00:36, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'll be giving this article a review shortly. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 04:41, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I actually didn't find anything wrong on a read-through, so I'll do so again tomorrow to make sure I didn't miss anything. If I find nothing then I'll pass the article. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 05:23, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Didn't find anything, so I'll pass the article as a GA. Nice work! Wizardman Operation Big Bear 17:37, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

20th episode

[edit]

This is the 20th episode, according to Fringe (season 2). The recent edit changing 20 to 19 might be due to the Unearthed episode, which is counted as belonging to this season. -- UKoch (talk) 20:38, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
