Proposed edit - January 8th 2019 Information to be added or removed:

1. Please remove Chris Mead, Carleigh Morgan, Philippa Warr and Heather "Naysayerz" Dower from the list of Advisory Board members, replacing them with: Ramesh Singh, University of Chichester Dr Maria Stukoff, University of Salford Professor Andy Miah, University of Salford Mary Antieul, GAME head of esports and partnerships Darren Newnham, biz dev/consultant David Yarnton, Edge Esports chairman

2. Please change 'Rt. Hon. Ed Vaizey MP' to 'former MP Ed Vaizey'

3. Please change this line to the following, and add this as a reference https://twitter.com/British_Esports/status/1017725332240109569: British Esports has joined Ukie,[7] the Welsh Sports Association and the Sport and Recreation Alliance.[9]

4. Please add this line to the bottom of the article: In November 2019, the British Esports Association launched a campaign to celebrate females within the esports industry.

5. Please change 'the first full Championships will run from October 2018' to 'the first full Championships ran from October 2018'

6. Please change Headquarters in info box from 'Pinewood Studios' to 'Buckinghamshire'.

7. Add Tom Dore to Key People section.

Explanation of issues: 1. Our board members rotate a few times each year. 2. Ed Vaizey is no longer an MP. 3. We have left the Creative Industries Federation and joined the Welsh Sports Association. 4. Details of a new project added. 5. The first Championships have now concluded, hence changing from future tense to past tense. 6. We have changed addresses. 7. Updating for greater accuracy.

  Edit request partially implemented  

1. Y The Wikilink for Ed Vaizey was added.
2. N The Wikilinked claim regarding Andy Miah could not be added because the publication date of the provided reference was listed as November 2020, a date which has not yet occurred.
3. Y Ed Vaizey was re-described as a former MP.
4. N The claim regarding the November 2019 announcement was not added, as it was not clear what was meant by the term launched.
5. Y The first full championships description was changed to past tense.
6. Y The infobox's |Headquarters= parameter was changed to Buckinghamshire.
7. Y Tom Dore was added to the list of key people along with the reference.

Company name change - to just British Esports

Hi we have been trying to remove the word Association from our entry (so it should just be British Esports) and also update our logo. British Esports Association → British Esports – The British Esports Association have now changed their name to just British Esports. I'm an esports teacher and would like to update the info on British Esports to help all esports students in the UK. We do enter teams into the Student Champs, but that is my only connection to British Esports.
