This was a busy, busy railway town, on the CPR southern mainline/Kettle Valley Railway but also with connecting lines - more than one I think, but if only one not sure which one - up from the States; and a customs post too I think; the mention of the lternate name, Boundary, is from TW Paterson's chapter on this in his Ghost Twosn and Gold Trails series, which I no longer own a copy of.Skookum1 (talk) 04:30, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
