Table obsolescence
[edit]Much of the information for the stations and service at the southern end of the line, towards Providence is not up-to-date. Table needs updating. Dogru144 18:24, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
Splitting out the MBTA line article

New Bedford/Fall River Line Merge?
[edit]The New Bedford/Fall River Line feeds off the Stoughton Line, so why don't we merge them? Brokenwit 06:07, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Map needs improvement
[edit]I'm very pleased you show a map of (well, almost) the RR's original route, from Boston to Providence. But:
- Provide a caption. Tell us what years the route as shown existed.
- At both the Boston & Providence ends, you show two termini. Well, one of each wasn't there originally, in 1835. Color the forks which were added later differently from the rest of the line, and add a legend therefor.
- And for God's sake, label the road's stations on the map. The reader can't make head or tail geographically out of an (otherwise excellent) abstract table of stations.
Yours for an America in which we ... er, rail more.
