I removed this from the article because it seemed like it would only be useful to knitters, and also seems like an instruction guide of sorts, which Wikipedia is not. Feel free to reinclude pieces of it that you think still belong or that can be rewritten to be more encyclopedic. – DroEsperanto(talk|contribs) 21:45, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I see that my write-up of bobble methods was written in the wrong style, and therefore merited its deletion both from the main article and from this Talk page. I wrote it rather early in my career as a Wikipedian. However, I persist in believing that bobble-making can be written in an encyclopedic fashion, similar to a description of producing, say, quarter-sawn lumber or high-carbon steel.
