Adding to page

[edit]

While there is some information about the newest versions of the All American (and some about how the All American came to be), there is very little in between...that gap needs to be worked on a bit. SteveCof00 (talk) 07:12, 21 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Changing page a bit

[edit]

As the All American has undergone several distinct generations (4-5), I wonder if this page would do better if it was re-formatted into sub-sections dedicated to each generation. It's done this way for automobiles, so I see no reason why it shouldn't be done for a bus that has been around for 62 years. --SteveCof00 (talk) 10:01, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. –BMRR (talk) 18:56, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I've begun making the changes; the format is mostly correct now. On the downside, this does magnify the chronological gaps of knowledge. (Additionally, I've been looking hard and it's been difficult to find free-use images of older All Americans...or any bus that's not a brand-new one). Some gaps may be able to be filled with The Wayback Machine; Blue Bird has had an online presence going back to 1997. When it comes to the rest, that's why I put the "expert needed" tag on the article. --SteveCof00 (talk) 10:13, 8 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Design History Question

[edit]

Is the current format correct? Or does the section have to be re-written to start from 1948 and move to the current day? The only downside to that is that there isn't much out there to be found on the All Americans from the past, causing some chronological gaps. --SteveCof00 (talk) 09:35, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
