Operational status

I think its is worthwhile to record whether a vehicle is operable or not, as some vehicles have not and will not be restored to operational level. Whether a vehicle is in service or currently out of service for repairs or restoration is too short term for the purposes of Wikipedia IMO. Therefore I have annotated the vehicles to this effect, and removed information about their current short term state. Oldboltonian (talk) 10:23, 25 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
