I have made a few style changes, in particular trying to do away with some repetitions and clarify passages that are not immediately accessible to the layman. However, there are still parts that I, for one, do not understand.
I've created a "procedures" heading, with part of the "operations" paragraph and added information.
The relevance of last sentence about Cyprus is quite obscure - if no one minds, I'm taking it out. --Matthew Moorhead (talk) 12:24, 4 February 2009 (UTC)

[edit]The Berlin Plus agreement is not a fist-bump to allow pro-American forces in Europe to secretly maim pro-European civilians in Europe. The security and safety of civilians from harm must come first regardless of political considerations. This includes harm to the brain, an evil beyond tolerance.
The Commander in Chief of the United armed forces does not have the best interests or the safety of European civilians in mind. He intends to attack European countries such as Canada in order to suppress their distinct society. Every NATO member outside the borders of the United States is threatened by the failure to protect European civilians from harm.
An umbrella defending the civilians of Europe from harm must take precedence over extremely dangerous attempts to curry favor with President Obama and his minions. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.77.171.227 (talk) 15:57, 23 May 2011 (UTC)
