Acceptance at AFC

I am genuinely unsure about whether this is an extension of Administrative Behavior or is an article in its own right, or ought to be part of a different article. Thus I have accepted it in order to allow the community to reach a conclusion. Had I not done so I feel it would have lingered unreviewed until an eventual G13 as an abandoned submission. While copy-editing, I have removed the section below while expanding on the first three research works. Feel free to add the remaining & their works, if required, either as a prose or list.
