Talk:Baum–Sweet sequence

Hey. So, if the definition of the sequence is for n >= 0, then the first term of the sequence (for n=0) should be 0, not 1. However, it is not in any publication on the subject. Therefore, I suppose that the definition is right for n >= 1, and b_0=1. As I can not find any info on the result of b_0, I can not edit the page. I tried to go through the original publication, here : https://www.jstor.org/stable/1970953?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents but I am no mathematician, and do not understand it.
