[edit]This is a very popular song by Steely Dan. It is on their greatest hits album. I think it should stay.

Single or not
[edit]"It was released as a single in September 1975,
"While it was never released as a single ..."
- so which was it ? -- Beardo (talk) 01:31, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
- The infobox still lists it as a single, even claiming a song as its B-side. An obvious contradiction remains. Patricia Meadows (talk) 00:48, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
- It's also listed as a single in the Steely Dan navbox and on Katy Lied. A search of Gemm and Ebay also shows copies, though the results are strikingly few, suggesting that it may have been a promo-only release. Certainly that would explain its absence from the charts despite being one of the band's most well-played songs. However, that is purely conjecture; that it was released as a single is certainty, so I'm going to remove that bit.--Martin IIIa (talk) 18:28, 8 June 2012 (UTC)
Electric sitar on "Bad Sneakers" is mentioned in a few blogs e.g. Coral Electric Sitar on the gearpage. Is there a good source? Martinevans123 (talk) 18:27, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
- In fact, the whole Personnel section needs to be sourced. Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 19:20, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
