Is it just me, or does this page read like an ad? Bdonohue (talk) 05:37, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article is terrible. It is filled with statements praising the subject, proposing that it knows what he was thinking when he made decisions, and contains very few actual specifics. His mother was "a tremendously gifted singer"? All we need is, "His mother was a singer." Seriously! I cropped out a lot of silly crap and changed phrases like "booked a trip" to words like "traveled". There is still a lot of work to be done. Right now, this ridiculous article has less to do with the man than it does with his line of cigars. Scardinoz (talk) 13:04, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've spent the time since posting this essentially rewriting the article. I'm using these crazy little things called "facts". I even got them from a "publication". They all come from this Cigar Aficionado article: http://www.cigaraficionado.com/webfeatures/show/id/7486/p/3 Scardinoz (talk) 14:00, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've done a little work on this article. It needs a lot more - - especially references...What I did is just a start...I hope someone who has more free time than I now do will continue to work on improving the article.Minusminority (talk) 10:03, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Strangers in the Night

[edit]

The sources for Uvezian being the writer of "Strangers in the Night" are not reliable. The Frank Sinatra book is credited to Wikimedia Foundation so it seems to be partially or entirely based on Wikipedia articles. Other Wikipedia articles are not accepted as a source; external references have to be used. The other source, i.e. the Eddie Snyder obituary, does not even mention Uvezian (instead referring to the other supposed composer of the song, Ivo Robic). If Uvezian is to be credited for the song in this article, other sources are needed. YuckieDuck (talk) 23:38, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
