More info on the wood used (usually treated pine, right?)

[edit]

I believe they usually made of treated pine. Is that right?--Tyranny Sue (talk) 07:56, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio from Pace Pallet Services

[edit]

The claim that our article is a copyvio of Pace Pallet Services website does not stand up to scrutiny. Our article was created on 27 December 2004, but according to the Australian Business Register Pace Pallet Services was not registered as a business name untill 16 November 2005, and a trading name on 1 February 2007. The creation of their website seems to have occured later that year. It is not possible to tell for sure when Pace first posted the "Australia Standard Pallet" web page (the first Wayback Machine capture is May 2013) but it is certainly has to be post 2007. See also the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Australia standard pallets.

Thus, our article not only predates the Pace webpage, it also predates the whole website and the formation of the business. They copied from Wikipedia. SpinningSpark 10:50, 29 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
