Notability?

I believe he does meet notability requirements. I have added a citation to his manuscript and journals collection at the Cambridge Library. The contents information therein identifies his bibliographic work which was foundational for the Cambridge Bibliography of English Literature.Kmccook (talk) 23:51, 31 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
