I looked at the edit mode and there doesn't seem to be the "Persondata" towards the end of the edit mode. Have I missed it? Adamdaley (talk) 04:17, 7 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
G'day Adam, when I saw your comment I went "doh!" but then checked to see what had happened with the RfC about persondata, and discovered we're not adding it anymore. See WP:PDT. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (crack... thump) 06:33, 7 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This is the worst featured article I've ever seen. It described the years of the war in great length, even going into very small and hardly relevant details for 1942, 1943 and 1944 - only to then summarize the years 1945, 1946 and 1947 in a few short sentences. I would expect much more of a featured article. The final years of his life would need to be described in much greater detail. Jeppiz (talk) 21:16, 24 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry you think that, and thanks for your feedback, but we can only put in the article what is in the reliable secondary sources. I imagine he languished in detention from 1945 to until his death in early 1947, not much to say about that. Regards, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 06:14, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Peacemaker67, I completely agree with you, and further want to congratulate you on your work of this well done, thorough article. Interesting detail on the side, I grew up near Meyszner's hometown, born in 1967, and was a military man all my life but only heard about this guy through wikipedia. Our country went so far in the other direction that while growing up we couldn't even learn the historical facts about people like this, or that they even existed. Best wishes, --Nanorsuaq (talk) 12:46, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
