[edit]Wonder if this is Andrew Miller Dick who died in 1879 aged about 45. I was also interested to note that an A.M. Dick was secretary of the Melbourne Cricket Club in 1855-56. RossRSmith (talk) 09:08, 23 January 2016 (UTC)
