IP comments

Just two tiny corrections from AT himself: 1. My 1960 PhD from Manchester was literally for "fluid mechanics", not "fluid dynamics". 2. My 1962-63 visit to Princeton was to the Institute for Advanced Study, and not to the University there, since those two are separate well-known institutions.
