Dead Links, Etc

This article had not been changed since the new director was appointed. I changed the name to reflect the current director and citing to his appointment exposed several citation errors. There were also multiple dead links. Doctorfun (talk) 04:49, 21 May 2011 (UTC) (cleanup vol)[reply]
