The result of the move request was: moved. Moved to A. A. Rahim (politician, born 1980) (non-admin closure) Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 17:50, 15 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A. A. Rahim (Keralan politician)A. A. Rahim (????) – Okay, so this is partly my fault. I spotted that this article was previously residing at A. A. Rahim (politician), which wasn't sufficient to disambiguate from A. A. Rahim who was also a politician, so moved it to A. A. Rahim (Keralan politician). However, I was ignorant to the fact that Kollam is also in Kerala, so I still haven't fully disambiguated it. I'm sure moving this to something fully disambiguated is not controversial, however, not really sure where best to move it to now. --woodensuperman 12:06, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

We've disambiguated by political party a few times. A. A. Rahim (Communist Party of India (Marxist) politician) or A. A. Rahim (CPI-M politician) would work if nobody can think of anything better.
I feel your pain here - there was a time in the past when I cleaned up a bunch of incompletely disambiguated politicians in similar parts of the world and it was often a struggle to find some term that fit one person but not the other. * Pppery * it has begun... 17:05, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
A. A. Rahim (communist politician) or A. A. Rahim (member of the Rajya Sabha) or A. A. Rahim (MP) or A. A. Rahim (politician, born 1980)? See https://sansad.in/rs/members/biography/2514. — BarrelProof (talk) 20:39, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for sourcing the birth date. In this case, maybe A. A. Rahim (politician, born 1980) is the way to go... --woodensuperman 10:43, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I was leaning toward choosing among the others that I listed. Is there some reason not to use one of those? Birth dates tend to be a last resort. (The name of the specific party seems too complicated to me.) — BarrelProof (talk) 15:50, 10 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
