This is the worst polling page I've seen on Wikipedia. The chart of polls has 24 parties, 16 of which garner '-','<0.5','0.5', or 1% of the vote. Another 2 parties get only 2% or 3%. In other words, 18 parties are going to get 0 seats. Why not put these under 'other', and just show the 6 or 7 parties that actually are going to get seats. 18/24 parties in that chart aren't getting seats.
