American-centric
This article seems particularly American-centric, compared to other decade articles. The "U.S. economics" section is the most blatant, but sections like "Anti-war movement" probably can be reduced signficantly as well. power~enwiki (π, ν) 21:26, 11 February 2018 (UTC)

Berlin wall or Woodstock festival?!
The article's main image (collage): How is it the caption says construction of Berlin Wall, while the image shows the Woodstock festival? The correct caption can be found here: https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=1960s&oldid=468659136 Kindly either revert the caption ("Millions participate in the Woodstock Festival of 1969"), or update image to include the construction of the Berlin wall, whichever was agreed upon before. zmm (talk) 13:48, 31 December 2019 (UTC)
- For now I reverted it, the insertion was initially made here https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=1960s&diff=prev&oldid=913225323&diffmode=source zmm (talk) 14:00, 31 December 2019 (UTC)

Biased content in the lead
There are 5 main paragraphs in the lead. 2 talks about the US and 1 about Europe, with the other 2 being a mix of the US and Europe. There are 2 one-liners about Japan and Brazil. Would be great if we can level the field here with more topics on Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and East Asia Danial Bass (talk) 21:16, 22 August 2022 (UTC)

Orphaned references in 1960s
I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 1960s's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "worldbank.org":
- From Economy of Africa: "Overview".
- From South Korea: "Republic of Korea". worldbank.org. Archived from the original on 2 May 2014.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 05:38, 17 November 2022 (UTC)

The collage at the start of this article is to large, it squashes all the text to the left-hand side on mobile. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested ∆transmissions∆ °co-ords° 21:43, 30 November 2022 (UTC)
