[edit]- Lead
- Lead is too short. It should be expanded.
- Done. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 05:15, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
- History
- "the storm's track track" repeat? or this is deliberate?
- Well fuck me :( --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 05:15, 23 December 2012 (UTC)

- "becoming the closest major hurricane to New Orleans" This is covered by reference #2?
- In the opening line of ref 2 - "Historical data, consisting of diaries, ship logbooks, ship protests, and newspapers, reconstruct the path, intensity, and societal impacts of a major hurricane in 1812 that is the closest known storm to pass New Orleans". --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 05:15, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
- Oh yes it is lol. The issue is that I had my pdf plugin damaged and couldn't see the document :( — ΛΧΣ21 05:28, 23 December 2012 (UTC)

- Impact
- The first line of impact is too short to be separated, I guess. Can't it be merged?
- It's a very distinct area though from the rest of the article. I think it should be separate. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 05:15, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
- Fair enough :) — ΛΧΣ21 05:28, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
