Surface area
[edit]quick question, whats the surface area even if meters have to be useed? Surface area is very important even earth has now been discovered it has high surface area largest terrestrial surface in solar system —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.52.64.160 (talk) 05:32, 20 August 2009 (UTC)
- Given that 1620 Geographos is a irregularly shaped object, any surface area number would be a crude estimate. The surface area would be nice to know, but for a little studied Small Solar System body is not really useful. Earth has the largest surface area since it is the largest terrestrial planet.-- Kheider (talk) 12:02, 20 August 2009 (UTC)
the most elongated object in the solar system
[edit]This seems an unlikely and unsourced claim. It might be the most elongated object in a certain category that we have discovered. There are probably lots of small objects with a greater ratio of dimensions, this is an interestingly elongated object, but the claim needs some kind of adjustment. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.229.172.137 (talk) 13:39, 1 January 2014 (UTC)
