Heathcote River → Ōpāwaho / Heathcote River – Reflecting the dual name of the river, and making the article consistent with that of Christchurch's other primary river (Avon River / Ōtākaro). The move reflects the growing consensus for NZ place names (as specified in WP:NZNC and several other NZ place name articles) alongside the growing use of the dual name (or Māori name only) for the river. This includes uses by Christchurch City Libraries, community groups, Christchurch City Council, the Regional Council, consultancy firms, and industry experts. - Support As a Christchurch resident, I can confirm that the dual name is increasingly being used. Schwede66 16:38, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
