• 1967 – Situationist International propagandist Charles Radcliffe is charged with counterfeiting in London with after printing and distributing a pronouncement against the Vietnam War on a facsimile of the United States Dollar
• 1973 – Spanish anarchist militant Salvador Puig Antich is arrested; later executed for fighting the Franco regime
