Miankuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان ميانكوه) is in Miankuh District of Ardal County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Deh Kohneh-ye Halu Saad.[3] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Sar Khun[4] (now a city).[5]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 10,622 in 2,161 households.[6] There were 10,709 inhabitants in 2,587 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 6,973 in 1,917 households. The most populous of its 31 villages was Refen, with 991 people.[2]
