Kathy Schmaltz is an American Republican politician from Michigan. She has been a member of the Michigan House of Representatives since 2023, representing the 46th district.

Schmaltz is a Michigan State University graduate and was a news anchor at Lansing’s WILX-TV for 14 years.[1]

Political career

She was elected to the Michigan House of Representatives from the 46th district in the 2022 election.[2][3] She was reelected in 2024.[4]
