Jason Scott Luck is an American politician. He is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 54th District, serving since 2024. He is a member of the Democratic party.
Political career
[edit]Democratic incumbent Pat Henegan did not file for re-election in 2024.[1] Luck filed for the seat, receiving the endorsement of both Henegan and Douglas Jennings Jr., who previously served in the seat. Luck faced Betty Jo Quick in the Democratic Primary and Republican Sterling McDiarmind in the general election,[2][3] defeating both.[4] [5]
Luck was elected Secretary of the House Invitations and Memorial Resolutions committee and serves on the House Judiciary committee.[6]
